QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS: CAREER
College Graduate or Experience in IT industry over 3 years (not only customer technical support)
Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage
Experience working in a multi-national company is an advantage
REQUIREMENTS: TECHNICAL
Ability to communicate in IT jargons
Ability to explain web framework’s’ concept/experience
Ability to explain basic programming languages grammar ( python, ruby, php, node.js, etc)
Basic knowledgeable in UNIX/LINUX distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, Redhat, CentOSand others)
Ability to explain basic concepts of OS
Familiar with shells(Bash,Zsh or Windows powershell).
Ability to explain basic concepts of Database

COMPANY STANDARD WORK
Monday to Friday with working hours 09:00 to 18:00 PST.
If the employee work in excess of 8 Hours or after 18:00 there will be an additional Pay (Overtime Pay)
Regular Holiday and Special Holiday - No Work (If the employee is work on this there’s an additional pay)
# Since the business manages IT systems, work may be required on rare occasions during the night or on holidays, for example, for emergency response.
EXAMPLE SALARY
Member: PHP 35,000~60,000 / month
Supervisor: PHP 70,000~90,000 / month
In addition to the above, those with JPLT N1 and N2 certifications will receive better treatment.
Member Class:
JPLT N2 Licensed: PHP 50,000~70,000 / month
JPLT N1 Licenced: PHP 60,000~120,000 / month
For the level of JPLT, the actual language proficiency will be checked by a Japanese person.
